Yes, it is free to join! There is absolutely no charge for you to join, and there is no cost to you anytime after you join. You will never be asked to buy anything.

Why does it state that I am already a member when I try to register?

According to our records, the email address you entered is already registered with us. Please sign in to our website. After I am invited to take a survey, how long do I have to complete it?

We close surveys after we have reached our quota of participants. Some surveys, because of a popular topic or great reward, close very quickly, while others stay open for quite a while. If you would really like to participate in a survey, we suggest you take it as soon as possible.
