Technical Issues

When I try to sign in to My Member page, I enter my email address and password and it says, "Wrong password". But I know I'm typing in the right password.

Even though you may think you are typing in the right password, it is our experience that you may not be. Please email support@eliteopinion.com and we will be happy to help you.

When I submit my email address and password, it says,
"The email address you've typed below does not exist on our panel". I know I'm a member. What's going on?

You may be typing your email address incorrectly. Make sure you are typing in your complete email address (jortiz@example.com). Or, if you own more than one email address, you may be a member of our website under a different email address.

When I try to take the new Mini-Poll, I click on the link to the Mini-Poll and an old Mini-Poll question appears. Why?

The old Mini-Poll page may be cached in your browser. To see the new Mini-Poll, go to the Mini-Poll voting page and click on the "Refresh" or "Reload"button. You should see the new Mini-Poll.
